Using Visuals to Lead
Create meetings with more belonging and connection – with visual facilitation and graphic recording. You can help groups make sense of information and help people feel heard – and you don’t have to be a super-sketcher. Our graphic facilitation trainings are for leaders, innovators, and anyone who finds themselves working with groups (isn’t that everyone?). We’ve trained hundreds of people since 2016 and provide custom tools for your success.

Every meeting needs a Sam. I have had the pleasure of attending two sessions in which Sam’s graphic facilitation elevated our meetings to memorable and effective gatherings. He is highly experienced with and attentive to accessibility requirements, and demonstrated an awareness of our group’s social justice values. He offered carefully thought out activities, flexible attention to group and individual needs, and endlessly patient yet effective coordination. His kind, friendly, and grounding presence helped us focus and connect in a way that persisted into the group’s future organizing together.
