POP: the Purpose, Outcome, Process

I use the POP every day to have better meetings. It’s simple to remember but getting clarity on a big, shared “Why” is always easier said than done!
Here’s the POP:
Purpose: the big Why
Outcomes: the What
Process: the How

It’s my favourite tool from Rockwood Institute, and useful whether I’m planning a meeting or deciding that it’s probably an email.

POP - from the rockwood institute, stands for Purpose, Outcomes and then PRocess. Purpose is the why, the outcome is the what, and then process is how.
