This conference brought together international leaders to discuss mental health and disability issues from a leadership perspective.
Solution
For this two-day event, there were two parallel conferences. I coordinated a pair of graphic recorders to capture both events, including keynotes and group work. Then we presented the information in plenary at the end.
Result
The graphic recordings summarize the vast amounts of information. We set up displays for people to reflect on the images using foamcore and also television screens. These momentos reflect the international efforts to support lasting impact for mental health.
