I recently completed a 6-month #facilitation certification with Diane Musho Hamilton.
The Integral Facilitator® Certification is a “professional training program that combines masterful facilitation with leading insights from the fields of developmental psychology and Zen awareness together in an Integral approach”.
These are a handful of the facilitation skills I’m working on that stand out to me… as either are either the hardest or the ones that matter most to me right now:

Letting go, trust, more clarity;

reframing, providing focus;

safety, relational intelligence;

formats for dialogue, a path through conflict, and more processes for creativity

This Facilitation intensive was originally going to be six months with 3 weeks of in-person work, but mid-course we shifted to be completely online and are extending it in different ways for 2020. Glad to have a container to keep practicing – as a learner and participant. It’s definitely a different perspective than what I usually use, but I was compelled to work with Diane and in a cohort environment and it stretched me in new ways to gain more clarity on my own path and values.
Big thanks to this group for holding the space to do the work, through conflict and personal transformation and to keep learning together beyond the completion of our course. The program is changing in the future, so I’m grateful to be learning with Diane in 2020.
